Step 3:- Cover the skillet with a lid or foil and heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the asparagus is soft and crisp. Remove the cover, taste for salt, and make any necessary adjustments. Return the pancetta to the pan.

Step 1:- Heat the oil in a big cast-iron pan over the campfire until bubbles appear. Shake together the sugar and cinnamon sugar in a brown lunch bag.
Step 2:- Make a hole in the center of each half of the biscuit (like a donut). 3 to 4 minutes per side, fry biscuits until brown.
Step 3:- Drain doughnuts on paper towels, then place in a paper bag with cinnamon sugar and shake until well covered.

Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F, or until muffins bounce back when lightly pressed in the middle. Allow 5 minutes for cooling in the pan. Cool on a wire rack after removing from the pan.
